Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@autoprofix.com. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any additional information that can help us process your request.

Return Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including a return authorization number (RMA).
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
